 +Larry has over 40 years in the quality management field. I have worked in the steel forging,
 +machining of aluminum and brass, rubber product manufacturing and fiberglass product
 +manufacturing including resin injection molding fields during my career. I have extensive
 +knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001:2015. I have been an internal and external
 +auditor including 3 rd party auditing for ISO 9001. Along with quality management consulting I also
 +provide internal auditor training, conduct internal audits for companies, and along with technical
 +writing I provide the associated training including FMEAs, Risk Management and 5S. I enjoy the
 +education of and assisting companies to improve and succeed in their chosen quality management
 +system.

 +Biography – Jim Odom, President Breakthrough Strategies

 +Jim Odom is President of Breakthrough Strategies LLC in Cortland, Ohio, a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and the
 +author of Continuous Improvement Kept Simple, Replacing Chaos with Order and Stability. In addition to his
 +consulting practice, he has taught Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Black Belt classes, and ASQ certification classes at
 +Kent State University, Trumbull and Salem campuses. Jim currently teaches Lean Six Sigma classes and is a LeanOhio
 +Bootcamp Trainer for Cuyahoga Community College’s Corporate College.

 +Jim has served on the continuous improvement committee at Humility of Mary hospitals in the Warren-Youngstown

 +Mark J. Kuhar has been in the quality field for over 27 years.  He first started in the automotive
 +industry in 1993 working for a manufacturer of seat assemblies.  He went on to establishing himself
 +as an expert in QS9000 helping several plants within the Johnson Controls automotive division
 +achieve their Registration.  Mark moved into Aerospace in 2005 at Argo Tech which is now Eaton
 +Corporation.  Here he has served as a Senior Manufacturing Quality Engineer.  He is the resident
 +expert for Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Actions, PPAP, pFMEA’s and Control plans.  Mark
